San Giorgio Pasta: 3 Ingredient Alfredo Sauce

One of my families favorite things is pasta. They love spaghetti, macaroni, fettuccine,  lasagna..you name it they love it. So I was really excited to try San Giorgio Pasta since it "cooks perfectly every time" which is something I really need, because I am not great at making pasta. I tend to over cook or under cook.

Here is the recipe I made:

Pasta Alfredo
1 Box San Giorgio Pasta (I used Rotini)
1 8oz package of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 cup Half and Half
2 cups Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Combine cream cheese and half and half in a pot on medium heat..simmer until the cream cheese melts. Add the Parmesan cheese and simmer on low for about 5 minutes until well combined and thick. Serve over pasta.
