New Ready to Serve Chili from Progresso

Progresso is expanding its line to include chili this fall. You can now have 'homemade' quality chili anytime you want with NEW Progresso™ Chili. Offering a unique twist on classic chili flavors, Progresso takes the time out of preparing homemade chili which can take hours. Ready in 5 1/2 minutes, this is a perfect weeknight meal the family will love.

Progresso Chili comes in 2 flavors:
  • Smokehouse Pork & Beef
  • Southwest Style Chicken
We recently had the opportunity to sample both varieties. My family is always asking me to make chili. They don't live the canned kind, and even though chili is fairly easy to make..it is time consuming..so I decided to let them try this.

Both flavors were a hit. My husband prefers the Smokehouse, he says its full of flavor and meat, and I like the creamy Southwest variety which uses my favorite white beans.

Take your chili experience to a whole new level by adding your favorite toppings such as, bacon, corn chips or croutons, queso fresco, diced tomatoes, lime wedges, sour cream or guacamole, red or green onions and fresh jalapenos.

Progresso Chili is available nationally in the chili and soup aisle and has a suggested retail price of $4.49 per 20-ounce pouch (2 1/2 servings). For more information on the entire line of Progresso products, recipes and serving ideas go to www.progresso.com.
