I have never tried Beer Bread before, or Tastefully Simple products. So I was super excited to try both at one time!
Tastefull Simple offers excellent products that are very simple to make. For example, the Beer Bread only needed that I add 1 can of carbonated beverage (or beer!) and one egg! That's it!
The one everyone has been waiting for! Just add gluten-free beer and an egg. Enjoy warm topped with jam, or sliced for grilled cheese sandwiches or French toast. Kosher. Makes about 13 servings.
I made this bread on one of the first days of fall, and it was the perfect breakfast. Seriously, the bread melts in your mouth it's so good! I decided to use a can of sprite since I wanted my kids to be able to enjoy it..though I am sure even with the beer, it would not have had alcohol content once cooked, but I wasn't sure if they would like it.
With the sprite, they loved it, and it was a really hearty breakfast with an egg and a few strawberries on the side.
