Right now, this is only available in test markets, but from the way people were enjoying it, I could tell it's not going to be long until Red Lobster introduces it nation wide.
Here is how it works.
You walk in, and one side of the restaurant is for "Seaside Express" customers only. There, you will place your order from a menu board, and pay first. Take your drink cup and table number and have a seat.
You can refill your drink as often as you like completely on your own. Lunch is delivered to your table within about 7 minutes, so you can be on your way as quickly as possible.

We also sampled a few of the appetizers, but this sweet chili shrimp was my favorite!
The lunch menu is limited, so if you want the Admiral's Feast, you should sit in the regular dining area. From what I saw and experienced, the menu at Seaside Express is full of plenty of choices for the seafood, and non seafood fan.

I had the Lobster Grilled Cheese with Clam Chowder.
