Easy Chili Cheese Burger: Good Cook Stuffed Burger Challenge

One thing I love about being a part of the Good Cook Kitchen Expert Program is that they are always challenging me to think outside the box. This event is no different.
Challenge: Create a non-beef stuffed burger using some awesome Good Cook products:
Cast Iron Square Grill Pan
Stuffed Burger Press

To create my burger first you will need:
8 1/4 lb turkey burger patties
1 can of chili (I chose vegetarian, but any will work)
1 small diced onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Using the Good Cook Burger Press, insert one 1/4lb burger on the bottom and make a small "well" for your filling.

Next, combine the mixture of chili, cheese and onions in a bowl.

Then add about 1/4 cup of the mixture into the well, and add another 1/4lb burger on top.

Then, carefully remove the burger and place on the cast iron skillet.

It's turkey, so it has to be fully cooked. I recommend at least 5 minutes on each side.
