With my husband being from Guyana, we use a lot of curry. So I decided to share one of my go-to sandwich recipes with you.
Curry Chicken Salad on a Croissant
Ingredients (makes 2 sandwiches):
2 croissants sliced lengthwise
1 cooked chicken breast (diced)
1 tbsp. mayo
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 chopped green onion
A few spinach leaves
salt and pepper to taste
Directions: Combine chicken, mayo, curry powder, green onion and salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Spread on croissant and top with spinach.
All of the Good Cook products made my sandwich making so much easier, the cutting boards are awesome, and I love that they are small so I don't have to wash them in between when I am cutting several ingredients. I didn't get to use the Tomato Slicer, or the Cheese Slicer for this sandwich, but I definitely plan to use it soon and will let you guys know how I like it!
