Gorton's Seafood 20 Under 200 (and giveaway)

My family is trying SO hard to eat healthier. We cut out fast food almost 2 months ago. We use to eat out 4 times a week! It's hard to find delicious EASY food to make at home, and it has to be easy, because that's why we ate out so much, cooking is hard!

So, when Gorton's Seafood told me about their new 20 under 200 products, I was really excited to get to try them.

My favorite by far was the Lemon Butter Shrimp Scampi.
 
I served it over whole grain paste, and we had a great meal in about 20 minutes.
