I decided this year, instead of just going and playing with the boys in the pool that I would try to get in shape in there, since we go so much, it only makes sense.
I came across the site AquaGear.
Not only do they have many products for getting in shape, they also have swim masks, goggles, swim boards and swim watches.

When I started looking through the extensive list of water exercise equipment, I was amazed at how much was out there.
These were some of my favorites.
Aqua Jogger Hand Bouys

Aqua Sphere Dumbells

Water Resistance Ankle Cuffs

Aqua Jogger Shape Belt

For my review, I decided to go with the Aqua Jogger Shape Belt.
It's a flotation belt, so when you are doing deep water activities you can stay afloat. It comes with a DVD to help get you started.
I put mine on, and headed to the pool!
The first thing I noticed was how fast I was able to get it out of the box and on my body, it's just a buckle, which made it really simple to get on and off.
Next, I jumped into the deep end and started jogging in place with my arms and legs (the shape belt was keeping me afloat) immediately I could feel my abs tighten and start to work the muscles in my stomach. Since I haven't used those muscles in a long time, it was a good painful feeling.
I used it for about 20 minutes on my first try, and I plan to get up to an hour 3 times a week.
You can purchase the Aqua Jogger Shape Belt here for $44.96.
And if you use the code 7kids&us you will save an additional 10%.
