Two Little Hands sent me a Potty Time DVD along with a Potty Watch, and Frog plush. The Potty Time DVD is about 20mins long, it has Rachael Coleman (kids will know her from Nick Jr) signing which I think is very cool. I love the idea of sign language I feel is something that should be mandatory in schools just because the majority of people have hands. It teaches all the signs of going to the potty like wipe, which is taking your hand flat palm up, then taking the other hand and sliding it across the other hand. There are many useful signs that your child will learn and keep with them forever.
While watching the Potty Time DVD they have Rachael Coleman signing along with everyday kids doing the signs so your child has another their age to watch. My daughter loves the frog that came with the package the frog is a cute plush that I allow her to have only when watching the DVD or on the potty. The watch is very cool its a cute green strapped wrist watch that your child can wear it plays a song and when the song is done its time to try and potty.
I absolutely love the whole Potty Time Package, I also notice Sarah watching it and even catch the older ones sometimes cause it has a fun upbeat music and theme to it. I know the DVD is working because Elizabeth has asked more about the potty and doesn't seem to be as set on "no I am staying in diapers". I hope to soon be down to one child by the end of February who is in diapers thanks to this DVD.

ReplyDeleteBoy, these are great diapers! Plus, they are double the size of the regular packs of diapers (exactly) and it just makes it easier to have one this size and fill up your diaper stacker than it is to have a zillion of the smaller packs. I love having enough diapers for a week and since these are size 1, you go through them like candy!
