Ozeri Body Fat Scale Review

Do you want to know how much you really weigh without being in the spot light? The Ozeri Scale is a home based scale that can weigh up to 400lbs! What is really great about the scale is that it stores up to 8 people and breaks down your weight.

The Ozeri scale is made of heavy glass along with metal heel toe areas that you place yourself perfectly balanced on the scale getting a accurate weight. The Ozeri scale takes how much you weigh then breaks it down to percentages of fat and water weight. I weigh 170.4 which breaks down to 28.1 fat and 50.8 water so I am healthy for my height. The Ozeri scale comes with a health guide of what at your height you should be weighing, so when you get your numbers you can compare them to the chart and know if you're healthy or over or underweight.

I love the scale because I am always curious how much I weigh and love how it breaks it down so you know your true weight. I love that it's an easy clean material that all you have to do is wipe it down. It's a great thing not to have to go to a grocery store and try to get a weight while everyone watches or kids are jumping on and off of.
