Need that little extra help? The Belly Burner Review and Giveaways
Let's face it. Most of us, especially moms, need that little extra help to get that left over tummy to go away. The Belly Burner is a simple very easy to use belt that helps shape your tummy with just wearing it while doing everyday activities.
The Belly Burner is simple. Place it around your waist and get off your butt and do something, anything. I placed my belt on, on my day off and wore it around the house while sitting down writing, doing chores like vacuuming, laundry and whatever else. At the end of the day with the Belly Burner I could already feel a tightness to my waist, in fact I could feel something happening about 20mins into moving. I was shocked that I felt like my abs were tight I could even place my hand and feel that my tummy was harder.
Like all work out things your not going to see a difference in a day. You have to wear it everyday for about a week to truly see how much it can change your looks and flatting that stubborn tummy. The Belly Burner is like having a wet suit on. It's easy to wash just rise with soap and water let air dry and you're good to go.
When you receive your Belly Burner belt you get a small booklet on calories which of course is a huge role in losing weight. Along with the calorie counter booklet they also send you a example of how to eat in a "Meal Planner" booklet which breaks down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Then to sum up everything the belt, meal planner and calorie counter, they have an exercise and food journal. The Exercise and Food Journal explains how to use the rest and how to get the most out of your everyday activities and belly burner belt.
The Belly Burner belt will double what calories you would normally lose so if you're already into major exercise imagine half the time working out or getting to your goal faster then what you had planned. Sounds great. The Belly Burner is lightweight and comfortable which makes it easy to wear and not be annoyed. You can wear it over your clothes just a simple lightweight top of course or under your clothes. I choose to wear over my clothes. I looks and feels like a nice back brace which makes walking around easier.
How the Belly Burner belt works is while wearing it, it produces extra heat which makes you sweat more and burns the fat. I lost an inch in 2 weeks of wearing the Belly Burner belt and that is with just doing chores. I am not big on major exercise just yet lol. I love the belt and what makes it a bonus is that it is great for all sexes so female or male it works on everyone and every body type. I am in the process of getting my husband to give it a go : )
