goVida Review and Giveaway

I have always wondered what freeze dried fruit tasted like. I mean, I have had dried fruit, and I LOVE it, but I haven't ever had freeze dried.

When I was given the chance to review products from goVida, I was very excited!

goVida offers 3 different varieties of freeze dried fruit.

  • Kiwi and Mango
  • Strawberry and Dulce De Leche
  • Dragon Fruit and Cape Gooseberry
The first one I tried was the Kiwi and Mango, since I am a HUGE mango lover, and I have to say, it was delicious. I tried to get the kids to try it, but mine are SO picky they took a tiny bite and said it tasted "weird" but at least they tried. They actually had full bites of the strawberry, which was their favorite.

Second, I tried the Strawberry and Dulce De Leche, which like the kids, I really enjoyed the strawberry but not the dulce de leche, it's caramel and I just don't like caramel in any form.

Last I tried the Dragonfruit and Cape Gooseberry which was also good, but my favorite by far was the Kiwi and Mango.

Freeze dried fruit is good for you in many ways like they are high in vitamin C, and each individual pack has only 70 calories or less!

Two of our readers are going to win prize packs featuring 4 of each flavor!
