So Paige totally missed out on this one, because she doesn't eat meat. But me on the other hand, I inhale it! While I was pregnant (and even before) I would eat a pound of bacon a day easily. How great that bacon is now getting the praise it so deserves I am sure it will become its on condiment soon enough.
BHS is Bacon Hot Sauce, Yummy! I was super excited to review it because "hello!" who eats meat and doesn't love bacon!?! So what better then to grill up some hamburgers and toss some bacon hot sauce on them? They came out great. Then we went and put it in chili and Oh My Gosh! You haven't lived until you try bacon in chili, wow!
As you can see from the pig the steam is coming out its ears, well that's because it's HOT. I mean your mouth will be on fire for awhile HOT. I love how great the smell is it's a wonderful smoked bacon smell which is bad in some sense because you want to eat the bottle lol but then of course it's HOT.
You can see in this picture how spiced up the Bacon Hot Sauce is and that's just a drop of sauce. Bacon is a great item to add to almost all entrees, any kind of meat, chicken, fish or on its own bacon is the best. It gave our chili an over the top taste and spice to it. Good enough for a chili cook off I would say.
