Diet Doc Meals Review and Giveaway

I have been on many diets in my lifetime. It seems like it's so hard to get weight off, and keep it off. Making food at home is almost essential when dieting, to control what goes into what you are eating.
DietDoc is a great program to use if you are looking into the HCG Diet.
HCG Diet
Since I didn't know what that was, I decided to "google" it.
What is HCG?

In theory, the hCG hormone is supposed to suppress hunger and trigger your body’s use of fat for fuel.
Most hCG diet plans restrict dieters to only 500 calories per day of mostly organic, unprocessed foods along with the hCG injections or serum drops under the tongue (note: The oral hCG may contain little, if any, hCG).

Follow the plan for 45 days straight, you will fix your metabolism, and lose several pounds a day, so the advertisements claim.

Like all diets, it has it's ups and downs, for me, the upside is that the food you eat (including these) are very low calorie and packed with fiber-which means it fills you up.

One packet of cooked food, feeds a family of 4, though I was saving this all for me :-)

dehydrating veggies
So. It's really easy to make. Basically, you hydrate the veggies in water before cooking. Then you poach some chicken (boil in water) and add the chicken and a can of diced tomatoes, and done! You have a great tasting meal without worry of calories and fat.

DietDoc is offering the same 3 packets I received to one of my readers! All you have to do is enter for your chance to win.

a Rafflecopter giveawayI received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

  2. I like the sound of the chicken gumbo although the chili sounds good, too!

  3. The chicken gumbo sounds pretty good & we eat a lot of chicken in our house, so it would be perfect!
