So, as most women know, losing weight is hard. Especially after having kids. Why is it that it's SO much harder to take off baby weight?
When I was contacted by Celsius Calorie Burning Drink I was intrigued.
Can a DRINK really help me burn calories?
How does it work? Is it going to make me feel like I had an energy drink?
I don't like the way energy drinks make me feel. Jittery, and unable to relax for a long time.
So, I was happy to try Celsius and see how it was different.
Celsius works whether you are going to the gym, or simply a walk around the block. Whatever activity you chose to do, Celsius will help you MAXIMIZE the results.
I chose to drink my Celsius 15 minutes (as recommended) before taking my boys to the park for a run. We do this a couple of times a week, and after 2 laps around the playground, I am out of breath.
After drinking Celsius I am happy to say that I was able to go around the playground not only 4 times, but I was able to play with them a lot longer than normal.
Most of the time at the park, after about 45 minutes I park my behind on a bench and watch, this time, 2 hours into playing and I felt great.
Celsius works because it has a great combination of vitamins likeGreen Tea with EGCG, Ginger, Calcium, Chromium, B vitamins, and vitamin C
All these vitamins work together to provide the best benefits.
Some of the other things Celsius does is
- Burns Calories
- Reduces Body Fat
- Increases Endurance
- Gives you Increased Energy
Anyone with kids can probably understand where I am coming from when I say that getting a boost of energy (without the jittery feeling) is AMAZING.
After about 4 hours I definitely felt the Celsius wear off, which was great, because by that time we were winding down and I wanted to relax.
I didn't receive enough of the Celsius to know if it's helpful in weight loss, but I do plan to purchase more, and I will keep you guys posted!
You can purchase Celsius in most major convenience stores, or online.
Disclosure: I was given 5 cans of Celsius to help with my review. All opinions are 100% mine.
