I have bought almost all the Barbie movies that are out there which this movie is a lot like the Princess and the Pauper which is the story about two girls who look alike run into each other and changes places in their life learning new things about one another and themselves.
I love the Barbie movies also I find myself watching them often, and they have catchy songs!
Barbie is something that does not have to be focused on girls. That was another thing I thought that "oh its gonna be girly so I don't want my son watching" even though he really had wanted to.
I caved bought him and was happy to see that its not all girly girl its just a kids cartoon that even boys can watch they have Barbie and the 3 Musketeers which is an action movie. Barbie she fights the bad guys which my sons loved.
Barbie and a Popstar is the newest of the Barbie movies it was released in November so you can find it at any retail store. It makes a great gift for the movie lover, Barbie fan or child.
Elizabeth really enjoyed the movie, she loved that it was about a pop star, and she loved Barbie! She walks around all day singing the songs, it's so cute!
