Averela Ocean Wave Blue Coconut Soap Review and Giveaway

I have to admit, when I was asked by Casey to review the Ocean Wave Blue Coconut Soap by Averela I was skeptical.

I. LOVE. My. Ivory.

When the package came in the mail, I opened it and was surprised to see how cute it looked in the box, it was wrapped in plastic and covered with a piece of recycled paper and tied with a paper string.

When i unwrapped the soap, immediately I could smell the strong coconut, and i;m talking REAL coconut, not a coconut "scent" it smells like she uses the real thing here.

The next day I couldn't wait to get into the shower and try my new soap, but first I had to fight the husband for it! He was taking it in the shower with him when I stopped him (He is from Guyana, and automatically attracted to anything that smells like the west Indies)

When it was finally my turn in the shower I jumped in and (won't explain the details!)

Ok, so here is the deal, I love this soap! It doesn't lather as well as my ivory, BUT it doesn't leave me feeling sticky when I am done, and the scent was so nice and light and not fake.

I had never tried a glycerin soap before, but I think now I am hooked!
